Adam is a graduate of Laurentian University where he obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Law and Justice with honours, cum laude, and the Bora Laskin Faculty of Law at Lakehead University where he earned his Juris Doctor with first class standing. He also holds a Certificate in Construction Law from York University’s Osgoode Hall Law School Professional Development. He practices real estate and property law, construction law, civil litigation and dispute resolution as well as corporate and commercial law.
You can trust Adam to provide expert advice in real estate transactions, including those involving commercial properties and multi-family or income properties. He can also assist with refinancing, liens, disputes over boundaries or access, and more.
In his construction law practice, he represents owners, general contractors, sub-contractors and suppliers for matters ranging from construction liens to contract advice and negotiations.
In addition to construction and property disputes, Adam represents clients in a variety of litigation matters such as shareholder disputes, breach of contract, and wrongful termination claims. Wherever possible, we will explore resolutions without the need to resort to the courts.
Working with established businesses and budding entrepreneurs, Adam advises on corporate and commercial matters including incorporating and corporate reorganizing, asset and share purchasing, and commercial leasing.
Adam’s client-centric approach makes him a great addition to your team, where he will work with you and the other lawyers at Conroy Scott LLP to meet all your legal needs.
