
Adam is a graduate of Laurentian University where he obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Law and Justice with honours, cum laude, and the Bora Laskin Faculty of Law at Lakehead University where he earned his Juris Doctor with first class standing. He also holds a Certificate in Construction Law from York University’s Osgoode Hall Law School Professional Development. He practices real estate and property law, construction law, civil litigation and dispute resolution as well as corporate and commercial law.
You can trust Adam to provide expert advice in real estate transactions, including those involving commercial properties and multi-family or income properties. He can also assist with refinancing, liens, disputes over boundaries or access, and more.

Samantha obtained a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) degree, as well as a Bachelor of Education degree, from Laurentian University in Sudbury, Ontario. She completed her Juris Doctor at the Bora Laskin Faculty of Law at Lakehead University in Thunder Bay, Ontario, in 2017. Samantha was called to the Ontario Bar in January of 2018.
Samantha began her legal career in Thunder Bay, Ontario in 2016 where she worked for a mid-sized full-service law firm. Samantha has significant litigation experience at all levels of court and has successfully argued motions and trials before the Ontario Court of Justice, the Superior Court of Justice, and the Divisional Court. Samantha’s main areas of practice include family law, child protection law, human rights law, real estate, wills and estates, and estate litigation. Samantha also has significant experience with various matters at the appellate level and has worked on appeals before the Superior Court of Justice, the Court of Appeal of Ontario, and the Supreme Court of Canada.
Samantha is passionate about working with children and families. She began her career in Sudbury as a teacher with the Rainbow District School Board (RDSB) where she taught French-immersion students at the primary and junior levels. She continues to supply teach with the RDSB and continues to be involved in the field of education as a long-time volunteer with the Ontario Justice Education Network (OJEN). Samantha is also a member of the Board of Directors of the Sudbury Action Center for Youth (SACY).

Ronald V. Trebb is a graduate of both Laurentian University (1975) where he obtained a B.Sc (in physics), and also the University of Windsor (also 1975) where he obtained his Bachelor of Laws degree (LL.B). He was called to the Ontario Bar in 1977 and has practiced as a partner of the firm since 1978.
Ron’s present practice focuses primarily upon various aspects of corporate/commercial law. He provides services related to the incorporation, organization, re-organization, amalgamation and dissolution of corporation. He also advises his clients with respect to asset purchase and share purchase type transactions, franchising and licensing arrangements, shareholder agreements and other corporate governance issues His practice also encompasses the provision of necessary professional services to a number of Professional Corporations incorporated for physicians, dentists, barristers and solicitors and other professionals.
In addition, for the better part of 35 years Ron has been active as both a Barrister and Solicitor in all aspects of commercial and residential real estate law. As a barrister, he has been involved in numerous litigious matters between vendors and purchasers, contractors and sub-contractors, principals and agents, and builders and their customers. He has acted for both lenders and borrowers in foreclosure actions, powers of sale proceedings, and other mortgage/security enforcement proceedings. As a solicitor, he has represented clients in numerous major asset acquisitions, asset dispositions, re-financing, leasing, and property development transactions.
Ron has given special lectures at Laurentian University and Cambrian College in Sudbury. He was previously accredited and taught Real Estate Law to real estate agents seeking provincial certification through the Ontario Real Estate Association in various locations throughout Ontario.

He also has a depth of experience in litigation matters involving insurance work, contract disputes, construction liens and construction law, real estate disputes, commercial and business law disputes and general Court related issues.

Jacob is a graduate of Collège Boréal where he obtained an Ontario College Diploma in Police Foundations with distinction, Laurentian University where he obtained a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Law and Justice, and University of Ottawa Faculty of Law where he earned a Juris Doctor and a Licentiate in Law concurrently. He is currently a student-at-law vying to become a lawyer within the year.
While pursuing his education, he worked as a security guard and as a miner at St. Andrew Goldfields. Jacob is interested in civil litigation but does enjoy transactional law.
