Key Responsibilities
- Represent clients in a variety of litigation matters including civil, commercial, and
administrative disputes, and other areas of interest to the candidate. - Prepare and review legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and briefs.
- Conduct legal research and develop case strategies.
- Manage discovery processes including depositions and document production.
- Advocate for clients in court, mediation, and arbitration settings.
- Provide clear and practical legal advice to clients.
- Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to a supportive team environment.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent legal degree.
- Member in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario.
- Minimum 3 years of litigation experience preferred.
- Strong written and oral advocacy skills.

- Ability to manage multiple files and deadlines effectively.

compassionate Wills and Estates Lawyer to join our team in Sudbury. This is an exciting
opportunity to build meaningful relationships with clients while guiding them through some of
life’s most important decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise clients on estate planning, including wills, powers of attorney, and trusts.
- Draft and review estate documents tailored to individual client needs.
- Administer estates, including probate applications and distribution of assets.
- Represent clients in estate litigation and dispute resolution, where applicable, or
collaborate with the litigation lawyers on such matters. - Provide legal guidance on tax implications and succession planning.
- Maintain strong client relationships with empathy and professionalism.
